Solved: FC4 - No Sound
FC4 correctly identified my sound card, however I have no sound. When it asks me if I heard the test sound and I say no it just states that the system doesnt have sound. How do I fix this?

A question - do you have more than one sound card, eg an onboard card and another plugged into the motherboard? I had a similar experience where my then-FC3 install didn't want to make any noises until I had disabled the unused card.

And you have run sndconfig, I'm guessing. Did you check your mixer levels and muting?
Start with the obvious, eh?
