try wine.

There is also CrossOver Office but its a commercial product.

There is also VMWare, though this one isn't cheap.

FYI, WINE isn't technically an emulator. Only some Windows programs will run on it- but its free, and fast.
CrossOver Office is a version of WINE that works well with MS Office Apps, and starts around $40.
Cedega is a vesrion of WINE that runs a lot of Windows games. You can download parts of it free, or subscribe to the service for $5/month.

VMWare is a true emulator that let's you run Linux and Windows (and other OSes) at the same time, but it starts at just shy of $200.
