Super Easy Mandravia/Mandrake Question.
Is Mandrake now called Mandrivia?!?!?! If so, how should i upgrade my currently Mandrake 10.2 to the Mandrivia?! TY for answers

Yes, and you should be able to put in the Mandriva install CD and choose to upgrade from Mandrake.

is mandriva a better version anyways? i mean, what's the diff between mandriva 2005Limtied Edition, and mandrake 2005 limited edition?!

It was renamed to Mandriva after Mandrake 10.2
And the latest version is Mandriva 2006.

oh nice! any differences? also, on my other post, u think upgrading can overwrite linux THUS solving the problem?

I think you can upgrade from Mandrake 10.2 to Mandriva 2006, but you might want to wait for someone else to verify.

You can upgrade Mandrake with Mandriva. I have a box I just continually upgrade the previous version with the newest. It works fine.

I'm thinking about uninstalling everything linux installed, the boot loader, the os, formating the partion. Would it be easy?!
