VIM syntax highlighting
This one is baffling me. Syntax Hightlighting is not turned on by default on my SUSE 10 box. My RH9 box has no issues with this.

If I type :syntax on within VIM it of course will turn the syntax highlighting on but I want that to be the default system wide for all users.

What file do I need to edit.
