Fedora 4 DVD asks for install CD when DVD's already in the drive...
Why? Isn't it supposed to install from the DVD itself? If not what cd am i missing?

Can you tell me the exact step it is asking for this CD and more info on the verbage of the message?

It could be asking additional software, on top of the standard packages, if you have them in other CDs. The big-gun distros tend to do this sort of things.
