How to change linux file system?
Can we change linux file system after installation? just like in window "there is an option that we can format drive with NTFS or FAT or convert FAT into NTFS etc".???????????

What fs is being used now? And what fs do you want to change it to?

NO the only way to change the file system to somethin else is to
format a partion make the file system on it then copy the system to that partion add the new partion to the boot loader config file
run the bootloader setup program boot to the new partion make the file system you want on the old partion copy the system back
so it can be done olny if you have a partion to use as a home for the system
good news is that there is no need to reninstall to up grade your hard drive
BTW ntfs support under linux is both risky and dangrous to your ntfs partion if you want write support
