Policy Based Bandwidth Mangement
Okay...I know there are a bunch of Linux users that visit here.

Can anyone recommend a product to replace our NetEnforcers for policy based bandwidth management that is open source (free)?

We're looking for something with a nice GUI and the ability to run reports with graphs.

Thanks in advance.
