Uninstalling RH8.0
I have RH 8.0 mounted on a separate 35GB drive. I haven't done anything with it for some years and I want to buy (or download Fedora) but I cant unload it. I have a new computer with WXP and somehow or another when I boot the program from a disc, I can't get my mouse to work. I've jockied all over the screens with <tab>, <alt-tab> <cntrl-tab> plus the cursor keys. I keep being routed into separate files including mouse setup, but NO response! Can one of you help me.......?

There is no need to unload anything. If you do not want to keep RH, just put your install cd in the drive and install Fedora. The hdd will be formatted and your new OS will be installed

Fedora 5 should be just fine for you to learn the basics...
