Linspire five-0
Hi I just installed Linspire on my computer on the 2nd drive. I have windows xp pro on the 1st drive.

If these questions have been answered before I'm sorry for re asking them.

Is there a add and remove and how do you clean out the temp and cookies and history. Also how do I put a short cut on the desk top say for yahoo email.

Yes I am a senior why I would do this at age 66 have no idea but what the heck I am going to give it a shot. Thanks for your help.

Sorry, I'm running Ubuntu 6.06 - not familiar with Linspire
Read a few months ago on Ubuntu Forums that one way to keep your mind sharp and ward off debilitating diseases such as Altzheimer's is to learn a new OS. Maybe that's a good enuf reason!

The poster mighta been joking...

Bartender good one to funny.
Is there a better place to post about linspire on this site.

I just read my post and am sorry its not even clear to me sorry about that.So I will repost it below thanks again and I apologize again.

In windows if I open say yahoo mail I can right click anywhere on that page and add a short cut to the desk top. Then next time I want to open yahoo mail I just click on the icon on the desk top.Is there a way to do that in Linspire.

Bill Corning acting like my dad omg. lol

I think you can copy and paste the shortcut from the start menu, but I would have to try it.
Hang on and I'll reboot into Linspire and try it.
