By virtue of looking at the link in my previous message you should have understood that the instructions were for downloading the client software. So, no, it does not come on the Live-CD.

Additionally, the webpage of the link, is the entire Dapper Guide - you should start from the top if you have installed Ubuntu, 6.0.6.

Heh...sorry about that, Lotus.

I did in fact, install Ubuntu 6.06 LTS recently, as well as Kubuntu. I find that much as I hate Konqueror, I like the way Kubuntu handles itself, and unfortunately, I'm much more familiar with the former, rather than the latter...and I realize now that my attempts to get kubuntu-desktop installed kept failing simply because I don't have a net connection... But I think I'll have that problem resolved soon, at least hopefully.

It's too bad really, that the utility wasn't included on the CD...
