How to reinstall linux 64 to 32 bit under dualboot
Hi. I have a dualboot with xp and linux right now. They are on 1 SATA drive. I accidently installed the 64-bit linux and wanted to reinstall with 32-bit instead. How do i do this?

What distribution are you using? Some give you the option to "remove all linux partitions only" while installing. If so, it'll just remove the linux partitions, and update grub for you.

Heh, right. Forgot about that little bit. I'm trying to uninstall 6.1 ubuntu 64bit and install 6.1 ubuntu 32bit.
The problem was i accidentally downloaded, burned, and installed 64bit ubuntu instead of 32. But i got the right disc this time.
I put in the 32bit cd and choose start or install ubuntu. Then it goes to the loading screen, and then a black screen. And it isn't changing.

Sounds to me like you have a bad burn on the new Ubuntu disk you made. Reburn a disk at the slowest speed. Try that. It could also be a corrupted download. It happens.
