openSUSE installation problem
When I installed openSUSE 10.2 on my system, few packages were corrupted. Although the installation took place but it showed error when i had to enter root password. Also no other user could be created. Now that linux has been installed on my system, i am not able to open it as it asks for user name and password. is there any way to rectify this problem or should i reinstall it using other CD.

It this were me, I'd reinstall with a freshly downloaded and burned CD. You may have experienced corruption in the download or, more likely, corruption during the burning. Check the md5sum on the download. If it is OK, then re-burn a CD at the slowest speed. Try that.
