Which O.S. for Server + webhost
I am looking for an operating system that will be able to shape packets, monitor/control bandwidth.
The main requirement is that it be a low resource operating sys at it is going to be installed on a p.o.s. comp acting like a server.
I also would like to host a php website off of it.

I would prefer a web gui not a built in gui like a desktop.

I am currently using ClarkConnect, Is there anything better for my requirements? The main reason I am looking to move away from clarkconnect is that it limits my bandwidth to the interweb. This might just be a result of bad ethernet cards.

I personally like Debian for server, since packages to customize the server to your taste are easily installed on the fly with the dpkg / apt .deb package managers
