Fedora uses SELinux which locks things down fairly tight. BSDUnix is very secure.

From the POV of easiest it may depend on what hardware is used as default drivers may not handle the latest and greatest devices which require downloading/installing their drivers from the manufacturer's websites.

Easiest may be Ubuntu or any other distro that loads up by default without any major problems.

I'd advise you not to take my word for it, and do a search on the Internet for:
Linux +DNS server +Apache +easiest +safest

Here is a link to The Perfect Server - Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon (Ubuntu 7.10).

However, I urge you to also implement the security guidelines in Ubuntu Security Overview Guide to secure your website.

And have a look here.
