Uninstalling Ubuntu Linux
I have a version of Ubuntu Linux along with Windows Vista, and I want to remove Ubuntu. When I delete the Ubuntu partition, when I re-start my computer, it will not allow me to boot to Windows. My guess is that since it attempts to boot to it's own boot loader, because it's no longer there, it stops completely.

When you had Ubuntu still on your computer, did Vista show up on GRUB?

You can do this by:

Boot from a Windows 98 cd, get to a command prompt, type:

fdisk /mbr
