There's a couple of ways to do it...

One is from within Windows. rt click My Computer/manage/disk manager/rt click in the 60G volume representation/delete volume. Then assign the volume space to another disk partition.

From within linux, there's a few ways, as well, but that's a little more tentative, with respect to losing other Ubuntu data.

Are you removing Ubuntu entirely?

Any particular reason why?

No one has patience; we all want it yesterday. Ya' gotta' learn it...

You can either format it ntfs (windows), or re-allocate it (both will accomplish same thing) like this:

One is from within Windows. rt click My Computer/manage/disk manager/rt click in the 60G volume representation/format (or other 'restore' option).
