MBR help
So in an attempt to create a dual booting system, I used unetbootin to install ubuntu on a second hard drive (windows xp being on the master drive)
The installer used GRUB boot loader to edit the MBR somehow and let me choose the OS i wanted.
It worked well, and was fine until i realized I hadn't installed the GUI version.
I repeated the install and everything seemed to work fine until I rebooted and saw GRUB Error 15. I assume on the second install GRUB messed itself up since it was already there.
I am now in Slax Live CD since my OSs are inaccessible.

Is there any way to edit my MBR or the GRUB file from SLAX? Maybe if I just delete GRUB.exe (i can see it) and start over again?

I know very little about this. Please me out here. Thank you.

Hi scimitar91,

Link to this thread here, and look in saikee's signature on his posts for Grub, booting, and MBR related information links.
