64ram, distro suggestions please
OK, puppy works but no sound, DSL works but no sound, fluxbuntu no joy, deli linux promising but not there, I am not giving up since there must be a distro out there that this laptop will accept

toshiba laptop, wish I could find a 128ram bar somewhere but no

background and goal, I only need mp3 and basic internet, laptop is to use in the bistro where mishaps happen

Give Vector Linux a go.
I've just installed it as a dual boot with windows98E on my son's old computer.
