on my master drive i have xp
on my slave Linux
when i disconnect my slave the pc doesn't start.

What i have to do to get start when my slave is disconnected.

Have you had any boot loader of linux installed on your master driver?
Actually, more info are needed, for example, how does it say on the screen when booting?

all depends on how you originally setup to 2s drive....which one is configured as master or slave...additionally you may have to re-setup the mbr on the boot drive.....what are you using for the bootloader...?

my 1 drive with xp is set as master
the second with linux is slave

when i disconnect the second,when the pc boots writes this:
GRUB loading stage1.5

GRUB loading,please wait
Error 22
