Help with Ubuntu custom minimal install I made a custom build on a seperate partition using debootstrap. I got all the necessary packages and got fluxbox working from WITHIN an existing Ubuntu build. I.e. /dev/sda1 is my primary Ubuntu install and /dev/sda3 is my custom build.
I have a wireless USB adapter, model number WUSB54GC, which I haven't been able to get working. And an ethernet controller which I have no idea how to configure.
The metapackage linux-generic installed all the needed (and unneeded) drivers. I just don't know how to activate them.
Notes:
The system on /dev/sda1 was installed with the LiveCD so everything worked automatically.
