Installing Ubantu On Ibm Thinkpad 600e
I am trying to install ubantu on an IBM thinkpad 600E. I have used Dariks boot and nuke to
erase the hard drive. I am getting the following when I load Ubantu in the cd rom
Revision 0x105 has a known ACPI BIOS problem
ACPI ncorrect ADR. This is a non ecoverable error
ACPI BIOS age (1999) fails cut off (2000) acpi=force is required to enale ACPIinvalid compressed fomat (err=1)
Kernl panic not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown block (104,1)
