Freezing while installing Knoppix
Hey. I downloaded Knoppix today, and burned the image on a DVD. I rebooted, and the setup was going fine, until I saw this:



When it gets to here, it just stops. I let it sit for quite some time, but nothing happened. I'm thinking there might be a hardware problem, but I'm not sure. I'm running on an HP dv8000 laptop.

It might just be the disc. Try burning another one. Did you try this disk in another machine?
