Ubuntu queston about mouse options

New linux user here, one feature I like about XP was the option to have the mouse pointer "Snap to" the default button in a dialog box, sure makes saving files easier, this option seems to by missing in the Ubuntu 8.10 that I have been using for a week now, is there any way to incorporate this into Ubuntu?
