Alternative software package for RedHat Distro

Hi friends,

I just want to know that is there any GNU/GPL software for *NIX similar to "Adobe Acrobat Professional" or any alternative freeware through which I can "Edit" or "Modify" Adobe Pdf file's under a Red Hat distro.Please let me know.
