locked out!
thank you for allowing to post!

I have a big problem.
My Dad passed away a couple of weeks ago and in his bussiness he used a computer for his bussiness a hp/compaq nx9600.When we turn it on it says "red hat enterprise linux and asks for password and no one can get passed log on because no body in the family koows the password.
We need to check his records but we are stuck!!
If anyone outthere can help we sure woud be thankful.

We are sorry to hear of your loss and sympathize with your dilemma. Unfortunately, our rules do not allow for assistance to find lost passwords as we can't verify the actual situation or intent. Therefore, I have no choice but to close this thread and we do wish you luck.
