Opensource Alternative to Quickbooks?

Would like something that runs in Linux and Windows both.
I tried OpenERP, and loved the ease of setup and configuration, and that it worked on both Linux and Windows systems...but very complicated and unforgiving as well..
Any recommendations on a good, free, open source alternative to quickbooks?
