BSNL is an Indian broadband provider, of which, I am sure you are aware. Please try the Ubuntuforums.org in the Networking & Wireless forum or you might try Reporting this thread to the Moderators here at TSG and request to have it moved to the Networking forum where you are more likely to get the help you need.
