how can help me Solution two question
HI Masters,Gurus,Friends'
This is my first visit to forums.techguy.org.
1 Question:- I am using Centos & windows xp , my system is a dual boot system and i was connecting net through my linksys router when i am connecting the net through the windows xp i am able to access ( here the settings of ip is automatic bcoz the isp did not provide any ip it is a direct connection. so i did not give any ip and dns info in the nic and i am able to connect )where as when i am try the same thing in the linux i was not able to connect to the net what will be the problem.?

2.Question:- I have two network cards in my system and i have two different net connection form isps. i was planning to use two connections and when i try to provide the ip and dns information i was unable to give the dns information of the two ips how to configure mutiple different dns information so that i can able to connect to the net from both connections.

In your Centos installation, you'll need to enable dchp. This link will give you all the info you need to do that --> http://www.centos.org/docs/5/html/De...ng-client.html
