Ownership of Unix copyright headed to trial
Ownership of Unix copyright headed to trial.

A federal appeals court on Monday reversed a judge's decision that granted the copyright of the Unix computer operating system to Novell Inc.

And, the saga of the SCO/Novell Unix copyright ownership continues with SCO claims that Linux is a knock-off of Unix.

This is a legal battle and will take time to resolve, so, don't lose any sleep over it. Stay tuned!
