Hello. On my computer I have Windows Vista Business and Linux Ubuntu. Im trying to customize my Linux to make it look cool, and have a couple cool themes picked, but they wont work. I have visual affects on full blast and have the themes on my desktop but it says they wont run properly because of missing components and wont apply the theme. if anyone could help me it would be greatly appricated. Thanks

No mind readers here. You're going to have to be a bit more detailed... what version of Ubuntu? What type themes? Where'd you get them? How did you install them? What's the specific error notice you're getting? Et cetera... the more info you give, the easier it is for us to help.
