Wireless internet and fedora 11?
Dear friends,
I am a newbie as far as Linux is concerned and request your help in sorting out my teething problems. I have bought a wireless cdma usb for the Toshiba l 300 satellite notebook with Fedora 11 Gnome as the distro flavour. I am unable to connect and seek your help. I have googled around and in the posts( forums) ,the folks were mentioning NetworkManager, which i am unable to locate in the OS! Thanks in advance for any informed help and your input will be invalueable!

Hi perfume,

NetworkManager is the name of /etc/init.d/network-manager in Ubuntu Karmic Koala and as such may not be so named in Fefora 11.

I suggest you visit the FedoraForum.org - search the posts before you decide to register for Tutorials, Installation, and Configuration of Network Wireless, CDMA and USB information. Look to see if there is a Networking subforum.
