Instant messenger - instantly closing!
Hi. I'm running linpus linux. If I start the default messenger program, it will flash up for a millisecond and then disappear, a few seconds later it will appear again and do the same. I went onto the system monitor (control alt + delete) and I have the processes appear and disappear as quickly as the program does.

I've looked on the installed program list but can't find it and don't know how I can uninstall / reinstall it.

Thanks. This problem only started suddenly. Was working fine, but now it does this. Have no idea why.

Do you know what the default messenger app is? Do you know what desktop you're running (Gnome, KDE or XFCE normally)?
