Installing XP on UBUNTU 9
Hi,
is it possible to install xp on an existing ubuntu platform? how will i share my /home folder with xp. please help

I think the OP may be interested in doing virtual machine using Ubuntu as a host and install Xp as the guest. Think this is common with software like VMware.

If two systems are installed but only one is bootable at any one time then it is a dual-boot arrangement.

The /home folder or even the entire Linux partition (or partitions) can be read/write in Xp. All that is needed is just installing a free driver, like extifs, to read Ext2/3 partitions.
