I read your question to mean "will a MS windows program run on Linux?"and the answer,as pvc9 said,is no.
But...
There are emulation programs that more or less place themselves between Linux and the Windows program and fool both into thinking all is well. The most notable are Wine and WineX.Theres also a version that comes with some distros called Codeweavers. And there are commercial versions like Win4Lin and VMware. Some win apps work okay with them,I've heard, but they have to go thru so many levels of operation that they're about as fast as running the app on a 486
I'd dual-boot instead of running a crappy emulator.
I use Linux 95% of the time and use windows for only a few things.Works great for me.HTH
