Same here but is that some sort of a skin for windows or a setting in linux? I've seen that KDE gives an option to view the things as in Windows but how would MS IE work under Linux .

If thats it then I need to believe that there is a merger among MS and RH or other Linux distros

I guess its a windows skin(may be windows blinds or whatever)

Looks to me like Internet Explorer on Win 3.11 and not any form of Linux.
