Posting for help - Read first
Please do not just post a Hijackthis log with NO other information or a general request asking "Is my log clear?"

Such requests are unlikely to be answered and waste everybody's time

If you need help please give Full details of what is wrong along with a HJT log

The more details you give in your initial post, the more likely you will get quick and efficient help

This site ( along with all other malware cleaning forums) is extremely busy with a limited number of helpers.
Most helpers will scan through the requests for help quickly and answer the requests they know more about first

Over 50% of malware doesn't show at all in a HJT log so asking "is my log clean?" is an impossible question to answer and all anyone can say is that there are no obvious signs of malware in a log but that doesn't mean you are not infected. We need to know what is wrong, such as: pop ups, diverts, strange messages or warnings etc.

Hijackthis is a first line tool to examine certain areas of the computer. It does not show everything and lots of malware is hidden from it

To download Hijackthis

go to here and download 'Hijack This!' self installer. Save it to the desktop or other suitable place. DO NOT just press run from the website Double click on the file and it will install to C:\program files\hijackthis and create an entry in the start menu.
Click on the entry in start menu to run HijackThis
Click the "Scan" button, when the scan is finished the scan button will become "Save Log" click that and save the log.
Go to where you saved the log and click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" then Paste the log back here in a reply.
It will possibly show issues deserving our attention, but most of what it lists will be harmless or even required,
so do NOT fix anything yet.
Someone here will be happy to help you analyze the results.

Do not bump posts as that puts you at the bottom of the queue

We look for 0 replies first so any bump puts you to the bottom of the queue

If there has been no response to your post after 2 FULL days of posting then press the report button and one of the security mods will try to look at it

Any reports that are received that are about a post that is less than 2 days old will be ignored and continual misuse of the report function might result in your account being disabled

This is an online tech help site manned by volunteers who all have other commitments and help here as much as they can
IT is NOT a live instant help site so don't expect instant responses

We try our best but there are only a limited number of qualified and experienced malware fighters and each infection we deal with takes a long time to fix

With modern malware it is not unusual to have several hundred infected files and it can and often does take between 20-30 minutes to read the log you have posted, research the files and prepare a scripted fix so that does take along time and each of us can only help a certain number of people at any one time and do a proper job

Please be patient and allow us to help you as best we can

Thanks

I'm posting an update to add that although the Welcome guide states the following:

"NO ANSWER? If you don't get a response to your question quickly, give it some time! Remember that volunteers are not always available to answer your question. If a day or so goes by without a response, DO NOT start a new thread! Simply find your old one and use the report button to request assistance. One of the security mods will try to look at it.

The guidelines posted above by dvk01 pertain specifically to the Malware Removal & HijackThis forum which has a large volume of threads and a limited number of qualified helpers to assist.
