Add/Remove Programs is still broken. I'm in panic mode.

Once the uninstall entries are damaged they usually can't be restored.

Have you ever tried to do a system restore on this computer to a date before these problems started?

Add/Remove Programs was fine until March 26-27 when we ran the Panda, Hijack and LookUninstall processes. I have no idea what suddenly happened that day.

So, am I just stuck with it damaged forever, and no way to uninstall programs that I want gone?

There was nothing reported in any of those scans that could have caused that but malware has been known to damage that area of the registry.

I think your best best at this point would be to back up your important data, pictures, etc. and then reformat the computer.
