this virus is killing my computer
ok i dont know where to start so here goes

apparently i downloaded a corrupt .exe file and since then my computer has been dying a slow death. when i boot, everything opens normally and windows loads fine. however a couple of error boxes started to pop up. they're both "run dll" windows which say the following:
C:\Users\Yaseen\AppData\Local\Temp\gfiusihl.dll
Missing entry: run

the other error box is exactly the same except the dll file is different, its dreqstlo.dll
i click ok just to get them out of my face and go about my business. here's the thing. everything works fine. well almost everything. i can run programs from the desktop and the start menu. what i cant do is access my computer or any folder that will take me to the contents of my hard drive. when i try to open my computer, it opens and about 2 seconds later, all windows close and it takes me back to the desktop. and everything on the desktop including the taskbar reloads as if i rebooted. also, occasionally Iexplorer opens and tons of tabs just automaticaly open saying random nonsense. one prompted me to install windows system error fixer or something like that. i didnt though
thing is, when all this happened i installed nod32, the trial version, and run a scan on my computer. it located 9 threats and supposedly neutralised them but the problems im having are still there. anyway i stumbled upon this site and downloaded hijackthis, here's the log that came after i ran a system scan:

I woke up this morning to a new error message. However this one is from nod32

Threat found
Object
C:\Users\Yaseen\AppData\Local\Temp\xxyxx.dll

Threat
Win32/Adware.Virtumonde application

Comment
Event occurred during an attempt to access the file by the application:
C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe

And to make matters worse, nod32 couldn't do anything about it! It tried to delete it, didn't work. It tried to clean, didn't work either.
I'm getting desperate..

Error Loading C:\Users\Yaseen\AppData\Local\Temp\urqpm.dll
Specified module cannot be found

the other two were the same but with different .dll files namely, gnmhlaba.dll and gfiusihl.dll

anyway, here's the HJT log

No, we're not finished yet.

Please visit Combofix Guide & Instructions for instructions for downloading and running ComboFix:

Post the log from ComboFix when you've accomplished that along with a new HijackThis log.

Important notes regarding ComboFix:

ComboFix may reset a number of Internet Explorer's settings, including making it the default browser. This can easily be changed once we're finished.

Combofix also prevents autorun of ALL CDs, floppies and USB devices to assist with malware removal & increase security. If this is an issue or makes it difficult for you, please let me know. This can be undone manually when we're finished.

There is a problem with the F drive. Is that an external or flash drive? It's infected so don't use it for now. I won't be able to check your log until tomorrow morning and will post further instructions for you then.

my F drive? my 2 HDD are C and D, the CD rom is drive E. the F drive is the flash drive, i have an external 500 GB hard drive that I store all my movie/series/music files. Does that mean the problem is with that? Is there a way for me to scan the external hard drive or do you have an alternative plan?

Insert the external drive and then do the following:

Download Flash_Disinfector.exe by sUBs from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double-click Flash_Disinfector.exe to run it and follow any prompts that may appear.
  • The utility may ask you to insert your flash drive and/or other removable drives including your mobile phone. Please do so and allow the utility to clean up those drives as well.
  • Wait until it has finished scanning and then exit the program.
  • Reboot your computer when done.
Note: Flash_Disinfector will create a hidden folder named autorun.inf in each partition and every USB drive plugged in when you ran it. Don't delete this folder...it will help protect your drives from future infection.

Open Notepad and copy and paste the text in the code box below into it:

Code:
File::
F:\ntde1ect.com

Registry::
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\mountpoints2\{265ee95a-e557-11dc-9919-0016d4e701dd}]
Save the file to your desktop and name it CFScript.txt

Then drag the CFScript.txt into the ComboFix.exe as shown in the screenshot below.

This will start ComboFix again. It may ask to reboot. Post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply together with a new HijackThis log.
