Run HijackThis, and press "Do a System Scan Only".
1. When the scan is complete place a check mark next to the following entries:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {713dbb30-9ec5-4ef6-ab29-7cace5c1bd8d} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\geBtTMde.dll (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: crehcjid - crehcjid.dll (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: hgGaYOGy - hgGaYOGy.dll (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: èÈ - èÈ (file missing)

2. After checking these items CLOSE ALL open windows EXCEPT HijackThis and click "Fix Checked." Then, reboot your computer...

How is everything running???
