did I click something wrong!!!

While I think about it I am also getting the error message informing me Windows Explorer is not responding from time to time......

Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys.

Do I take it from the lack of response that this is a common fault/problem with Vista? and it is Vista that is the problem rather than some kind of malware issue?
