Sorry - had not seen that you had responded. Not seeing recent active infection files or starts, but there is an as extra comma in a registry value that shouldn't be there - suggests unseen information. I see iTunesHelper as a a disabled startup, and a C:\iTunes.exe exception in the firewall (something wrong with that file location, first glance) but only see Apple/Bonjour software installed. Do you still use iTunes?

Code:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders]
"SecurityProviders"=-

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders]
"SecurityProviders"="msapsspc.dll, schannel.dll, digest.dll, msnsspc.dll"
Open Notepad (Start - Run, type notepad and OK) and copy and paste the above text (inside the box) into the text file. Now go to File > Save As and call it secfix.reg. Where it says "Files of Type", select All Files and click on Save. Exit Notepad, double-click on the file and ok the prompt asking if you wish to merge the file with your registry.

Then open and update Malwarebytes again, and run a new Complete Scan with that, and post the log back here after please. If you have run a scan using that when the bug screensaver issue occurred post that log as well.
