So...my parents have an old computer...a DELL Dimension XPS t500 that is at least 10 years old. I can't convince them to get a new computer, so I want to get their current one back up to full functionality. They have been running it for the past year with no virus protection whatsoever and it is now quite slow and bogged down. I just put symantec Antivirus and Firewall software onto their machine so hopefully no further damage will be done. Any help would be appreciated! See HTJ Log below:
