I found some wierd reg. items that were still there after i reloaded windows xp sp2 they are:
AccClientDocMgr.AccClientDocMgr
AccClientDocMgr.AccClientDocMgr1
AccDictionary.AccDictionary
AccDictionary.AccDictionary1
AccServerDocMgr.AccServerDocMgr
AccServerDocMgr.AccServerDocMgr1

I ran hijack this and will attach the log but these didnt show up. They are in the HKEY_ROOT_CLASSES. What the heck are these? They are assoc with reg_sz and CSLID. Do I need to just blow up my laptop?

Welcome to TSG Tscrib8516,

No infection showing here, and you really don't indicate issues with infection. I am pretty aware of the uses of quite a few registry entry items, but last I checked there were still about a gazillion of them I don't recognize. The registry is full of a multitude of entries, created for many, many different specialty reasons. And trying to determine what each of them means is an endless quest. Those are some form of com objects, by the looks of web info. Maybe there until called upon for use, or sometimes never called upon. But you should not be concerned with them.
