I am really new when it comes to this... all i can do is list what is happening.... I get alot of random pop ups when i surf the net.. the computer will freeze for a couple seconds... and when typing it freezes.... nortan systems says downloader blocked... all is secure.. i am thinking nope..... i see other ppl useing programs to list things that could be problem... like i said i have no clue even were to start and would love some help... i'll be on for the next 10 hours at work... here is the HijackThis Log Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2
