| Adserver.Adtech infections please Help !!!! Hi Folks, My operating system is Windows XP and I have a basic understanding of software etc so please try not to go over my head too much. I have Spyware Doctor with anti virus but it is failing to clear infections from Adserver.Adtech and each time it runs it just keeps finding the infections again. Also at times Spyware Doctor shows a pop up that it has blocked an attempt to log onto Adserver.Adtech.De but infections are still been found. I have pasted a report from Hijackthis below. I can understand some of the files but I haven't a clue what should or should not be there!. Many Thanks Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1 Scan saved at 20:37:43, on 26/04/2008 Platform: Windows XP SP2 (WinNT 5.01.2600) MSIE: Internet Explorer v7.00 (7.00.6000.16640) Running processes: C:\WINDOWS\System32\smss.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\csrss.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\Ati2evxx.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv.exe C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\bin\AppleMobileDeviceService.exe C:\Program Files\Dell Network Assistant\hnm_svc.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe C:\Program Files\Common Files\McAfee\HackerWatch\HWAPI.exe C:\PROGRA~1\McAfee\MSC\mcmscsvc.exe c:\program files\common files\mcafee\mna\mcnasvc.exe C:\PROGRA~1\McAfee\MSC\mcpromgr.exe c:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\mcafee\mcproxy\mcproxy.exe c:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\mcafee\redirsvc\redirsvc.exe c:\PROGRA~1\mcafee.com\vso\mcshield.exe C:\Program Files\McAfee\MPF\MPFSrv.exe C:\PROGRA~1\McAfee\MPS\mps.exe C:\Program Files\McAfee\MSK\MskSrver.exe C:\Program Files\Spyware Doctor\pctsAuxs.exe C:\Program Files\Spyware Doctor\pctsSvc.exe C:\Program Files\SiteAdvisor\6253\SAService.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\WMPNetwk.exe C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE C:\Program Files\McAfee\MPS\mpsevh.exe C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_05\bin\jusched.exe C:\WINDOWS\stsystra.exe C:\Program Files\Dell\Media Experience\DMXLauncher.exe C:\Program Files\McAfee.com\VSO\oasclnt.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\DLA\DLACTRLW.EXE C:\Program Files\McAfee.com\VSO\mcvsshld.exe C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP Software Update\HPWuSchd.exe C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Digital Imaging\bin\hpotdd01.exe C:\Program Files\HP\hpcoretech\hpcmpmgr.exe C:\PROGRA~1\mcafee.com\agent\mcagent.exe c:\progra~1\mcafee.com\vso\mcvsescn.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\hpztsb09.exe C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP Share-to-Web\hpgs2wnd.exe C:\Program Files\McAfee\MSK\MskAgent.exe C:\Program Files\SiteAdvisor\6253\SiteAdv.exe C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP Share-to-Web\hpgs2wnf.exe C:\Program Files\Spyware Doctor\pctsTray.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\MsnMsgr.Exe C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\WMPNSCFG.exe C:\Program Files\Dell Network Assistant\ezi_hnm2.exe C:\Program Files\Digital Line Detect\DLG.exe c:\progra~1\mcafee.com\vso\mcvsftsn.exe C:\Program Files\Messenger\msmsgs.exe C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\livecall.exe C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\usnsvc.exe c:\program files\mcafee\msc\mcuimgr.exe C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Works Shared\wkcalrem.exe C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe C:\Program Files\iPod\bin\iPodService.exe C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunesHelper.exe C:\Program Files\Spyware Doctor\pctsGui.exe C:\DOCUME~1\Johnny\LOCALS~1\Temp\Temporary Directory 1 for hijackthis[1].zip\HijackThis.exe C:\Program Files\HP\hpcoretech\comp\hptskmgr.exe R0 -
