Hello,

I am trying to help out with my Mom's computer. It is apparently riddled with spyware, malware, etc. I ran Ad-Aware and Microsoft Defender, both of which found problems and reported that they were cleaned. But these issues are still occuring. Some info about my mom's computer

Dell Dimension 2350
Windows XP Home Service Pack 3
Pentium 4 1.80 Ghz
1GB Ram
Internet Explorer 6.0

The computer is running extremely slow and the wireless connection is randomly disconnected. While it is connected, I get random IE windows popping up taking me to www.antispywaremaster.com, or sometimes another website that shows the Top Antispyware Programs. Also, I keep getting the following error message:
