Hi guys,
first time post. Hoping you can help with this as I thought I could handle it myself but it appears to be too complex for me.
I have ran the HJT and got the log for your perusal. You will notice I deleted some DLL files which possibly and probably should not have. Do you know if this will cause more problems in resolving the issue?
anyways before I do any harm myself If I haven't already check out the HJT log below and see if you can advise. Thanks a million for your help in advance. I'm doing this on behalf of my wifes sister and I thought it was my fault that the internet stopped working, but having read around on this subject it looks like its all part of this malicious software thats infected her PC.
