As I try to load pictures on Costco photo center the page closes and the internet explorer shuts down. I contacted them and they said to do the following;

First, navigate away from all Photo Center pages.
1. In Internet Explorer, choose "Tools"
2. Go to "Internet Options". This brings up the "General" page.
3. There, press "Settings" in the "Temporary Internet Files" section.
4. In the "Settings" dialog box, press the "View Objects" button.
5. You’ll see a list of all the controls you've installed. Right-click on "Snapfish File Upload ActiveX Control" and select "remove".
6. Clear your browser cache and temporary internet files BEFORE logging back into your Snapfish account.
However, when I Right-click on Snapfish Activia the only option is properties. There is no delete option! I tried to go to Control panel>Programs>Programs and features try to uninstall the program but I can not find such program. I appreciate any and all help and suggestions.
