[rogi_icmem]

I have recently been overrun by malware - it has caused my, usually fast, computer to run incredibly slowly. Pop-ups appear directing me to a variety of websites from NSPCC to Barclay's bank.

Registery changes are often attempted but blocked by McAfee.
A number of fake error messages appear saying that my computer is in danger - clicking Ok or closing the box often leads to very dodgy looking websites.
Firefox has been ground to a complete hault, pages simply do not load.
internet explorer runs on some pages some of the time - others will not load at all. The load box will simply fill up with done written in the load box but the page will not have moved.
A common error message will be something along the lines of '/c/ drive buffer has been overrun' with a list or error details which I will try forward on if possible. This error will cause the blue windows toolbar at the bottom of the screen to disappear causeing me to usually restart (will ocassionally terminate IE).

I've enclosed HJT report, and I appreciate any help you can give me but please reply in noob language as I have never used HJT before.

tl;dr - computer has uber-failed, malware causing pop-ups, crashes and generally slow running (p.s IR noob).
