Hi,

I have installed a n older version of he video card and the monitor does turn off for now. I still did not deleted SP3 btw.
I saw another problem in my brothers video card, When playing a video you can see the pixels vibrate and flicker, it can bee seen very clearly when watching 1080P videos.

Thanks, Haim.

Hi,

After Uninstalling the SP3 the problem with the freeze was drasticly descended.
But there is still a problem, when I press on a link it does not load instantly, it shows like it is loading but it take minutes for the page to load, if I will not wait and press again then it will load instantly. this is not a problem with the internet because I'm the only computer in the house who has the problem.

Btw, there is still problem where the monitor does not shut down.

Thanks

Explain the problem with the monitor not shutting down, so I don't have to go back and read the first page of postings.

:> I set on the "Power Options" that the monitor will turn off after 5 min of inactivity and it does not work, sometime it does sometimes it does not.
The monitor is ok and it is not the problem, it something with the comp.

When it doesn't work, what type of programs do you leave open? I have some that if they are open the monitor won't turn off.....

Just Messenger and Ventrilo, anti virus... but all of this is also open when it does work. I already installed an older driver of the video card

I think you'll have to watch it for a bit, and make sure it works or doesn't work with the same programs running..........

Sory for the late reply.

Download OTScanIt.exe to your Desktop and double-click on it to extract the files. It will create a folder named OTScanIt on your desktop.
  1. Close any open browsers.
  2. If your Real protection or Antivirus intervenes with OTScanIt, allow it to run.
  3. Open the OTScanit folder and double-click on OTScanit.exe to start the program.
  4. Now click the Run Scan button on the toolbar.
  5. The program will be scanning huge amounts of data so depending on your system it could take a long time to complete. Let it run unhindered until it finishes.
  6. When the scan is complete Notepad will open with the report file loaded in it.
  7. Save that notepad file
If the log is too large to post, use the Reply button, scroll down to the attachments section and attach the notepad file here.

eddie5659, File at thespykiller is here: http://thespykiller.co.uk/index.php?topic=6699.0

wolfgangam,
Please run OTScanIt again and this time in the bottom right under additional scans put a check in the box by Reg - BotCheck. Post the new log just as you did the last one.
